I have felt great all day today! No symptoms at all! For breakfast I had a greek yogurt with high protein granola. For lunch I had a chicken Caesar wrap with a few French fries. I drank lots of water, which is very necessary for ppl with crohn's. You need to make sure to hydrate yourself! I'm not sure what I'm having for dinner. I will try to write again tomorrow.
